Last updated 26 October 2026. These terms apply when you buy from U HEALTH LIMITED (trading as Everhale). Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Founding pre-orders

A pre-order reserves a scale at the founding price. The expected shipping date is shown at checkout and we'll email you if it changes. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your scale ships.

Price and delivery

Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Delivery within New Zealand is free and tracked.

Returns and warranty

Not for you? Return it within 30 days of delivery, in its box, for a full refund. Every scale has a 2-year warranty against faults. Email [email protected] and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Wellness, not medical

Everhale is a wellness product. It estimates body composition by bioelectrical impedance and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. Don't use the body-composition feature if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, or during pregnancy (the scale then measures weight only).
